Interior Trim, Doors, Baseboards & Casings

New walls aren't finished until the trim is on. RDS installs interior doors, repairs door jambs, and puts up baseboards and door casings so your drywall project is complete from floor to ceiling.

The finishing touches

Trim ties the room together. Clean casing lines around doors and tight baseboard joints make fresh drywall look sharp, while gaps and uneven miters draw the eye to exactly the wrong places.

Because we do the drywall too, we can make sure walls, corners, and openings are ready for trim before it goes up — which means fewer gaps and less caulk. We install interior doors, repair or replace damaged door jambs, and install baseboards and door casings.

Trim work pairs naturally with drywall installation, remodels, and repairs — having one crew handle both keeps the project simpler for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only do trim as part of drywall jobs?

Trim pairs well with drywall work, but you can also contact us about door, jamb, casing, or baseboard work on its own.

Can you repair a damaged door jamb?

Yes. We repair or replace damaged door jambs and reinstall casing around them.

Can you install trim after new drywall goes up?

Yes. Installing baseboards and casings right after drywall installation keeps the project with one crew and lets us make sure walls and openings are ready for trim.

Do you paint the trim?

We leave trim filled and ready to paint. Let us know during the estimate if you'd like to discuss painting.
